Manager, Account Management – Health Plan

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with key client contacts as a vital member of the account services team.

• Provide timely, accurate, and dependable client interactions via email, phone calls, video conferences, and face-to-face meetings.

• Take ownership of hiring, training, and the development of a team comprising Account Managers and Senior Account Managers.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to direct reports while fostering skill enhancement and career growth.

• Collaborate across departments with internal leaders to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

• Identify best practices and ensure project initiatives deliver top-tier value to customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).

• Advanced knowledge of CVS Health, PBM, and Health Plan market segments.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, both virtually and in person.

• Capability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and tackle complex issues.

• Flexibility to work variable hours to accommodate client needs.

• Skills in recruiting, leading, and developing a professional team.

• Ability to cultivate and guide a high-performing team.

• Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive client and CVS Health information.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, including flights, overnight stays, local travel, short-notice travel, and other travel as deemed necessary by the Company.

• At least 3 years of experience in Healthcare or in an Account Management position.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
