This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +7 more states.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing account management team.
• Mentor Account Managers at the deal level while setting clear performance expectations.
• Propel sales, renewals, retention, and revenue growth across existing franchise accounts, new store openings, customer expansions, and opportunities for product refresh.
• Assist franchise operators in recognizing value within PAR’s offerings, including POS, Back Office, Insights, Delivery, Payments, Services, and Hardware portfolio.
• Formulate cross-sell and upsell strategies.
• Ensure forecast accuracy and facilitate weekly pipeline and deal reviews.
• Monitor performance metrics and uphold robust Salesforce CRM practices.
• Foster relationships with franchisee groups and franchisor field organizations.
• Represent PAR at industry-related events.
• Act as an escalation point for accounts at risk and renewal issues.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Sales Enablement to recruit, onboard, train, and retain team members.
• Address underperformance through documented expectations and measurable milestones in collaboration with HR.
• Develop repeatable sales processes and identify customer white space.
• Enhance both digital and traditional sales channels.
• Pinpoint opportunities for AI and automation usage.
• Work in conjunction with Corporate Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Support, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Finance, Order Management, and Professional Services.
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in account management, sales, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales and revenue goals.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a quota-carrying team.
• Evidence of success in hiring, coaching, and developing team members.
• Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce.
• Experience with AI solutions is preferred.
• Knowledge of the restaurant industry, franchise communities, and complex restaurant management solutions is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% for customer engagements, franchise conferences, and industry events.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada.
