Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business processes, procedures, and workflows.

• Gather, organize, validate, and analyze business and program data.

• Support data quality assessments and reconciliation tasks.

• Create and revise procedures, reports, process documentation, and briefing materials.

• Examine information from spreadsheets, databases, and various business systems.

• Monitor project actions, milestones, issues, and deliverables.

• Generate regular and ad hoc reports, charts, and management summaries.

• Collaborate with analysts, GIS personnel, technical teams, and client stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, GIS, or a related discipline.

• Background in management analysis, business analysis, program analysis, or a comparable role.

• Proficiency in working with spreadsheets, databases, and business information.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong skills in written and verbal communication.

• Capability to produce clear reports and business documentation.

• Ability to fulfill relevant client access requirements.

• Experience in supporting real property, facilities, GIS, or asset management programs is preferred.

• Knowledge of Esri ArcGIS or other GIS applications is a plus.

• Familiarity with process improvement or data quality initiatives is preferred.

• Experience in creating management reports, metrics, or presentations is preferred.

• Experience with government or large enterprise clients is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

• Capability to sit or stand for prolonged periods, type and read from a computer screen, and perform bending, reaching, kneeling, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs. as necessary.
