This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage in ISRM's AI cross-functional team meetings and assist in monitoring progress towards key objectives.
• Propose support for the creation, review, and finalization of responsible AI policies and procedures.
• Discover and assess opportunities to implement AI tools aimed at minimizing or optimizing staff workload across ISRM's field programs.
• Provide or assist in education and training on the responsible and effective use of VA-provided AI tools.
• Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts as necessary.
• Monitor and communicate progress regarding policy status, workload-reduction projects, and training completion/adoption rates.
• Conduct organizational assessments to evaluate policies, position/performance plans, and workforce processes.
• Identify deficiencies in relation to AI integration and modernization objectives.
• Aid in the alignment and modernization of policy, position, and performance plans concerning AI adoption.
• Execute surveys, focus groups, and various data collection methods to evaluate customer and staff experiences with ISRM services and AI adoption initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, organizational development, or a related discipline.
• Over 4 years of experience in conducting organizational studies, gap analyses, or assessing program effectiveness.
• Familiarity with LLMs, digital health, and artificial intelligence tools.
• Experience in developing training materials, guidance documents, or recommendations for process improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting or participating in cross-functional teams or working groups.
• Preferred: Experience in delivering or assisting with staff training and educational sessions.
• Preferred: Experience in conducting surveys, focus groups, or similar data collection techniques.
• Preferred: Experience in a federal, VA, or large healthcare system environment.
• Preferred: Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week.
