Managed Care Analytics Intern

📋 Description

• Acquire insight into managed care contracts and understand the analysis and modeling of commercial reimbursement.

• Utilize Excel spreadsheets to create payer models that support contract analysis and negotiation efforts.

• Engage in team meetings and discussions about contract modeling concerning ongoing negotiations and on-demand financial analysis.

• Contribute to the formulation of the Managed Care budget and long-term forecasting.

• Aid in the development of programs, processes, or applications as necessary.

• Comply with established Service Standards.

• Use all equipment essential for performing the job duties.

• Carry out additional related responsibilities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma.

• No prior experience necessary.

• Currently a junior at a regionally accredited college or university.

• Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree.

• Minimum grade point average of 2.5.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Proven ability to successfully complete tasks.

• Strong collaborative skills.

• Effective multitasking and prioritization abilities.

• Proficient computer skills, particularly in Excel.

• Must exhibit integrity, maturity, reliability, a positive attitude, and enthusiasm.
