This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify and investigate potential clients within the designated market.
• Generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, trade shows, and personal connections.
• Research, strategize, and participate in leading industry trade shows to promote Thales Software Monetization's thought leadership and attract leads.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to grasp prospective clients’ requirements and challenges.
• Lead the business value analysis and the development of case-for-change proposals.
• Present and showcase Thales Software Monetization software solutions.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key decision-makers and client organizations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, aligning solutions with the business objectives of clients.
• Facilitate feedback to Thales Software Monetization leadership and product management teams.
• Create and present sales proposals.
• Negotiate terms and finalize deals.
• Collaborate with sales engineering, business value, product development, and marketing teams from lead generation to solution delivery.
• Design, develop, and implement sales strategies for target accounts.
• Generate precise and realistic sales forecasts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, STEM, or a related field.
• 7 years of B2B sales experience in software industries, with a minimum of 3 years in major account sales.
• Proven history of managing a complete sales lifecycle – from prospecting to contract closure.
• Skilled at navigating large and complex sales opportunities and engaging with multiple levels within an organization.
• Familiarity with the order fulfillment chain and related components like CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), CPQ, Billing software, etc.
• Technologically proficient individual with a conversational understanding of API orchestration, SaaS, AI, Data Insights, etc.
• Comfortable participating actively (though not necessarily leading) in highly technical discussions, and able to collaborate effectively with Sales Engineers to ensure commercial goals are met.
• Relevant certifications in opportunity qualification and management frameworks such as MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.
• Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer at the time of hire.

• Successful completion of a post-offer background check is required.
