Maintenance Dispatcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

📋 Description

• Guide an AI dispatch agent to organize work, evaluate tasks and routes, and conduct in-depth data analysis.

• Assign field technicians based on guest complaints, work approval status, availability, and skillset compatibility.

• Ensure maintenance tasks are actively managed until they are resolved and documented.

• Manage maintenance issues that impact same-day housekeeping turnovers.

• Address guest complaints by dispatching technicians in real-time.

• Verify technician attendance the night before, the morning of, and one hour prior to scheduled tasks.

• Contact vendors to arrange work, clarify scope, and follow up on job statuses.

• Validate completed tasks and outstanding items with vendors.

• Finalize every task on the same day with all materials, labor, costs, and summaries recorded in accordance with SOP.

• Submit vendor invoices within the same week the work is completed.

• Ensure that departments receive payment for completed work and that owners are not overcharged.

• Hold technicians accountable for their assigned routes and tasks.

• Adjust dispatch priorities as circumstances evolve.

• Recognize recurring operational issues and enhance the dispatch system and AI agent.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be able to overlap work hours by at least 4 hours with Denver, CO, USA.

• Required to respond to every Slack message within 5 minutes.

• Strong follow-through capabilities and the ability to perform under pressure.

• Proficiency in triaging, rescheduling, and managing changing priorities in real-time.

• Comfortable working with numbers, materials, labor, costs, and vendor invoices.

• Excellent situational awareness regarding technicians, vendors, and properties.

• Critical thinking and judgment skills to identify recurring issues and enhance systems.

• Ability to utilize and guide an AI dispatch agent.

• Submission of a resume is required.
