This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of assigned work orders from their inception to completion, adhering to established workflows and documentation protocols.

• Achieve Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) objectives and Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitments in all communications with tenants and owners.

• Manage and decrease a backlog of escalated maintenance issues by prioritizing tasks daily.

• Organize and arrange service appointments between tenants and service providers.

• Perform regular follow-ups to ensure that repairs are executed to a high standard.

• Keep precise and timely records in the systems for every request and communication.

• Collaborate with various teams to address and resolve escalations.

• Provide an exceptional servicing experience for tenants and owners throughout the maintenance request process, including intake, triage, approval, scheduling, completion, and quality assurance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a remote work environment.

• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service in challenging or unclear situations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a strong emphasis on documentation.

• Decisive and proactive; comfortable making informed decisions and advancing work.

• Empathetic, adaptable, and capable of juggling multiple priorities concurrently.

• Reliable internet connection is essential.

• Flexible working hours.

• Experience with property management, maintenance coordination, or work order software is a plus.

• Familiarity with SLAs, CSAT, or ticketing systems is an added advantage.
