Mail Order Pharmacy Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Accurately fill and count medications.

• Execute a variety of moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support tasks.

• Conduct calculations as necessary.

• Engage in semi-routine assignments.

• Collaborate with the inventory supply team to maintain sufficient inventory levels for dispensing.

• Interpret departmental policies and methods to complete assignments effectively.

• Recognize work expectations and quality standards within set parameters.

• Prioritize and schedule tasks with some flexibility and minimal supervision.

• Adhere to standard policies while exercising independent judgment.

• Participate in occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active license with the Board of Pharmacy in the relevant state.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of pharmacy experience is required.

• Should be enthusiastic about contributing to an organization dedicated to enhancing consumer experiences.

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

• National Certification, PTCB CphT is preferred.

• Must have a minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads.

• A wireless, wired cable, or DSL connection is recommended.

• Must work from a dedicated space that is free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI / HIPAA information.
