This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
β’ Oversee and manage the daily operations within the pharmacy.
β’ Facilitate team meetings and offer initial coaching and guidance to pharmacy technicians.
β’ Collaborate with healthcare providers and assist patients with inquiries regarding medication coverage.
β’ Mentor and train new team members.
β’ Perform quality assurance and productivity assessments.
β’ Recognize ongoing training and re-training needs within the team.
β’ Develop, revise, and comply with Standard Operating Procedures/Standard Work Instructions.
β’ Gain cross-training in various areas while maintaining skill proficiency and accuracy.
β’ Advocate for continuous improvement initiatives for the team, site, and workflow.
β’ Manage multiple responsibilities while ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
β’ High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician is required.
β’ Possession of a valid Arizona Pharmacy Technician license and national certification.
β’ Familiarity with the Script Med system is preferred.
β’ Experience in coaching or mentoring is advantageous.
β’ Capable of resolving escalations with sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of the Pharmacy Technician process.
β’ Basic math skills are essential.
β’ Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Strong focus on detail, accuracy, and quality is required.
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, solve problems, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
β’ Must be self-motivated, able to multitask, accountable, approachable, and well-organized.
β’ Willingness to work a rotating schedule in the Eastern Standard Time Zone: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST for 4 days a week; 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM EST for 1 day a week.
β’ Availability for a rotating Saturday shift from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
β’ Reliable internet connection via wired means; mobile or hotspot connections are not acceptable.
β’ Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed is required.
