Mail Order Pharmacist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Dispense prescribed medications to patients with precision

• Ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols

• Maintain accurate tracking methods and complete the review process prior to shipping medications

• Collaborate to shape departmental strategy

• Operate independently utilizing shared resources

• Effectively communicate with the team to collaborate and resolve issues

• Uphold accuracy in a fast-paced work environment

• Set objectives and methods for tasks with significant autonomy

• Adhere to the assigned schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, and from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST on Saturdays

• Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training or meetings

⛳️ Requirements

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited pharmacy college

• Active Pharmacist license in Arizona, Florida, Ohio, or Texas with no disciplinary actions

• At least three years of experience as a Registered Pharmacist in a high-volume retail, community, or traditional mail-order pharmacy setting

• Capability to participate in Federal prescription programs

• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues such as home internet/modem problems

• PharmD is preferred

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred; language assessment is required

• Must reside and work in Florida, Arizona, Texas, or Ohio

• Internet service with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps

• Ability to work from a designated space without interruptions to protect PHI/HIPAA information
