This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.
• Oversee M365 and Power Platform projects from the planning phase through to implementation, transition, and closure.
• Create and uphold project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including M365 engineers, Power Platform developers, SharePoint specialists, architects, business analysts, UX professionals, and other technical staff.
• Manage Agile or hybrid delivery methods utilizing Jira or similar tools, encompassing backlog management, sprint planning, prioritization, status tracking, and release coordination.
• Facilitate project meetings, sprint ceremonies, technical discussions, customer reviews, and collaborative working sessions.
• Monitor commitments and pinpoint schedule, resource, dependency, and delivery risks.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including decisions, risks, requirements, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project closeout, transitions, knowledge transfer, and handoff to operational or support teams.
• Oversee M365 configuration, migration, development, integration, governance, and modernization initiatives.
• Ensure that security, governance, accessibility, lifecycle management, and federal compliance standards are met.
• Act as the primary day-to-day project liaison with government stakeholders.
• Set objectives, scope, priorities, milestones, roles, and expectations.
• Provide status updates regarding achievements, activities, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
• Facilitate discussions on requirements, demonstrations, project reviews, and sessions for stakeholder feedback.
• Manage customer expectations and resolve conflicting priorities, scope queries, and emerging requirements.
• Address urgent customer requests, project challenges, and delivery impediments.
• Track labor utilization, staffing, schedule performance, outstanding tasks, and funding limitations.
• Assist with project estimates, resource planning, levels of effort, and rough order-of-magnitude estimates.
• Collaborate with contractor teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customer organizations on interdependencies.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• DHS public trust clearance or the ability to obtain one; must have an active Public Trust or the capability to secure it.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience supporting technology projects, enterprise platforms, application development, or IT service delivery.
• Proven experience in managing technical projects and organizing multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Experience in managing projects utilizing Agile, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid, or comparable delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira or equivalent project and work-management tools.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
• Capability to develop and oversee project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, action items, and deliverables.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and guide issues, decisions, and project activities to successful completion.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent customer management, facilitation, presentation, organizational, and written communication skills.
• Preferred: experience with federal government technology projects, Microsoft 365/Power Platform projects, M365 migrations, familiarity with governance/security/compliance, project estimates/resource plans, Microsoft certifications, and PMP/CAPM/Scrum/SAFe certifications.
