This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership and oversee the complete M365 ecosystem, which encompasses SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, and integrations for identity/security with on-prem Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Ensure the reliability, availability, tenant hygiene, configuration currency, and compliance with enterprise security and policy standards.
• Lead Tier-3 engineering initiatives, service hardening, integration enablement, and migrations or onboarding of M365 workloads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on service integrations, identity dependencies, messaging flows, and governance of connectors.
• Design, develop, and manage Dev/Test/Prod Power Platform environments, including those enabled by Dataverse.
• Establish naming conventions, environment architecture, security groups, provisioning workflows, and lifecycle management protocols.
• Implement AI-enabled features or Copilot-related functionalities where applicable.
• Govern connectors, DLP policies, permissions, environment boundaries, and processes for the intake of new environments and solutions.
• Collaborate with business and citizen developers to safely scale the use of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Implement and uphold security, governance, licensing alignment, and audit requirements for the Power Platform.
• Work with security, architecture, and governance forums to ensure environments adhere to internal standards.
• Maintain change-control processes, environment certifications, and enterprise-level documentation.
• Develop reusable frameworks, templates, and integrations to support automation initiatives across the organization.
• Collaborate with teams facilitating Copilot and AI scenarios.
• Contribute engineering expertise to platform-wide modernization projects, including identity management, lifecycle management, M365 log centralization, and optimization of the COE toolkit.
• 4–7 years of experience in M365 platform engineering, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Strong practical experience with Power Platform, encompassing Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, environment setup, DLP policies, and connector architecture.
• Familiarity with workflows for environment provisioning, security groups, licensing models, and ServiceNow intake processes.
• Solid understanding of identity management, conditional access, and M365 security baselines.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale tenants, integrations, and governance frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams, promoting standards, clarity, and secure design principles.
• Experience in implementing or supporting M365 workloads that utilize Copilot and AI functionalities.
• Knowledge of Power App governance, the Power Platform COE toolkit, or Dynamics 365 integration.
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Graph API, along with automation frameworks.
