This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate governance for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio agents, Copilot for Sales, and the onboarding of enterprise AI agents.
• Document licensing details for Copilot, premium features, agent usage limitations, connector configurations, and governance suggestions.
• Evaluate and assist in configuring workflows for agent deployment, from sandbox creation to production implementation, including access, updates, and undeployment.
• Provide support for governance controls related to agent sharing, publishing, channel deployment, and approval processes through ServiceNow tickets and security assessments.
• Collaborate with security stakeholders on conditional access, DLP, Defender analysis, agent blueprints, and onboarding approvals.
• Oversee and document governance for Power Platform, including environments, roles, DLP policies, connectors, and tenant-level controls.
• Maintain catalogues for Power Platform and Copilot governance, tracking sheets, Jira-linked planning, feature tracking, and readiness for production activities.
• Assist in monitoring Dataverse storage and capacity alongside threshold-based alerts.
• Support governance for Microsoft Fabric encompassing workspaces, roles, capacity, domains, tags, external sharing, and identities.
• Create documentation for Fabric onboarding materials, knowledge bases, FAQs, end-user instructions, communications, ServiceNow catalogues, and business guidance.
• Aid in discussions regarding Fabric capacity and licensing, as well as usage monitoring.
• Troubleshoot behaviors of Fabric Data Agents, differences in Copilot deployment, discrepancies in agent instructions, variations in model responses, and escalations to Microsoft support.
• Assist with testing of Fabric Data Agents, validation by stakeholders, output comparisons, dashboard validations, and documentation of anomalies.
• Support the design of ServiceNow catalogues, readiness assessments, approval workflows, production readiness, security queues, and QA validation.
• Facilitate security controls for AI and Copilot while documenting policy decisions related to DSPM, DLP, Purview, Defender, SharePoint Advanced Management, and conditional access.
• Proficient understanding of Microsoft 365 administration, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and governance of Microsoft Fabric.
• Practical experience with Power Platform environments, roles, connectors, DLP policies, managed environments, and controls at the tenant level.
• Knowledgeable about Microsoft Fabric workspaces, capacity principles, licensing, domains/subdomains, naming conventions for workspaces, and governance of Fabric Data Agents.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio agent deployment, publishing processes, workflows from sandbox to production, and ticket-based access management.
• Competent in supporting ServiceNow catalogue design, ITSM documentation, approval workflows, and tracking production readiness.
• Familiarity with IAM, conditional access, Defender, Purview/DLP, DSPM, Shadow AI controls, and the governance of agent onboarding.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities for platform-related issues, licensing limitations, access problems, discrepancies in agent responses, and escalations to Microsoft support.
• Strong skills in documentation, communication, and coordination with stakeholders across IT Operations, Security, business users, and Microsoft support teams.
• Experience in creating or maintaining governance artifacts such as Excel tracking sheets, Jira-linked epics, ServiceNow catalogue definitions, knowledge base directories, FAQs, and communication drafts.
• Background in working with Fabric Data Agents, Copilot for Sales, discussions on Salesforce integration, semantic model instructions, and validating agents against dashboards.
• Experience collaborating with Microsoft support / FastTrack on governance issues related to Copilot, Fabric, and AI agents.
• Familiarity with Graph API/Postman concepts for operations at the tenant level.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Preferred certifications include Microsoft 365 Administrator / Endpoint / Security, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric / Power BI, ITIL Foundation or ITSM-related certifications, and security, compliance, or identity-related Microsoft certifications.
