This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prepare or review cost estimates and perform quantity takeoffs.
• Evaluate contractor cost proposals and change orders.
• Assist in cost tracking and budget analysis.
• Contribute to cost risk and escalation assessments.
• Provide cost-related insights to project leadership.
• Aid in cost estimating and analysis activities to assess project budgets, change proposals, and cost impacts.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• At least five (5) years of experience in developing and analyzing cost estimates.
• Experience, preferably with large federal programs.
• Certification as a cost engineer from the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE), or as a certified professional estimator from the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE).
• AACE or a similar certification is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel is required.
