This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer information to travel partners to enhance product promotion and secure bookings.
• Pair the appropriate Uniworld River Cruise product with the suitable customer.
• Guarantee precision in every sales transaction.
• Identify, investigate, and address customer satisfaction concerns.
• Maximize sales potential during interactions with travel agents and customers.
• Acquire and utilize software applications to facilitate sales transactions.
• Achieve KPIs in a high-volume inbound call center environment.
• Handle incoming calls regarding routine client pre-departure inquiries on existing bookings.
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and respond to pre-departure questions from travel partners and guests.
• Return calls, respond to emails, and follow up on pending booking-related matters.
• Build, nurture, and sustain positive relationships with travel partners.
• Maintain high conversion rates to boost team and company revenue.
• Minimum of two years experience in the travel industry or call center in a sales role.
• Proficiency in Spanish for handling customer calls is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage.
• Training in or experience with consultative sales is beneficial.
• Specialized knowledge of the regions visited or cruising is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Collaborative, consultative, and co-creative working style.
• Open to coaching and ongoing training.
• Availability to work standard hours on Pacific Time and 1–2 Saturdays per month.
• Must have access to high-speed, ethernet-connected internet.
