This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Propel the adoption and growth of the CareDx transplant diagnostics portfolio.
• Collaborate and coordinate with Solutions Account Managers, Clinical Liaisons, and Medical Science Liaisons to formulate and implement account-specific growth strategies.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of account needs, goals, and challenges to deliver customized solutions.
• Discover new business opportunities within current accounts for upselling and cross-selling CareDx products, solutions, and services.
• Design and execute strategic account plans to foster growth, meet sales objectives, capture market share, broaden the CareDx presence, and fulfill commercial targets.
• Acquire in-depth product knowledge and develop clinical and technical expertise in therapeutic areas, scientific concepts, testing platforms, mechanisms, processes, and related clinical studies.
• Identify key customer stakeholders and influencers, nurture relationships and partnerships, gather feedback, and address customer concerns.
• Forecast and oversee the sales pipeline and growth strategies at both account and regional levels.
• Compile performance reports for regional leadership, covering strategy effectiveness, ROI, and other KPIs.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Customer Experience, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Operations teams to meet customer needs.
• Report directly to the Regional Director.
• A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in sales or strategic account management within the healthcare sector.
• Proven experience selling to hospitals, health systems, and/or enterprise-level accounts across various stakeholder levels and departments.
• A history of developing successful account strategies that optimize business outcomes.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% or more, including frequent day trips and overnight stays.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce.com, and analytical tools.
• Knowledge of therapeutic areas, scientific concepts, testing platforms, mechanisms, processes, and clinical studies.
• Results-oriented, strategic thinker, patient-focused, adept at problem-solving, persistent, self-aware, and flexible.
