This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +7 more states.
• Execute direct sales and customer service initiatives for MHA’s Post Acute Sales division.
• Cultivate and expand the member base within the Long-Term Care sector.
• Formulate a comprehensive strategy aimed at achieving business sales objectives through competitive account conversions, acquiring new business, and enhancing existing member accounts.
• Oversee sales activities and collaborate with internal operations to address pricing discrepancies.
• Deliver outstanding service to assigned members and optimize growth by expanding the contract portfolio.
• Comprehend and present MHA contracts related to pharmaceuticals, business products, medical supplies, and technology.
• Create and execute sales strategies to penetrate the post-acute care market and reach revenue targets.
• Achieve sales budgets and generate new sales leads through email communications, cold calling, and referrals.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
• Clearly articulate MHA’s value proposition utilizing sales and marketing reports.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities based on market analysis.
• Align sales strategies with leadership to drive effective results.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
• Ensure member satisfaction and retention.
• Hold regular client meetings to understand their needs and address any concerns.
• Communicate client feedback and market dynamics to management.
• Manage onboarding processes and necessary documentation for new accounts.
• Grow and oversee the assigned territory and member base.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve pricing discrepancies and service challenges.
• Work cross-functionally to meet client requirements.
• Manage sales activities and member interactions through Salesforce/CRM.
• Analyze market trends, competitive actions, and customer needs.
• Utilize sales and marketing reports to discover opportunities and enhance selling efforts.
• Provide proactive data analytics to identify and quantify business trends.
• Track and report on sales performance, including revenue, pipeline, and engagement metrics.
• Present insights that enable members to make timely business decisions.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience with a proven history of achievements.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect and secure new business.
• Highly driven with a results-oriented approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com.
• Excellent at prioritizing tasks and working independently within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong skills in negotiation, problem-solving, and communication.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the designated territory.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire for career advancement.
• Must reside in the assigned territory: Missouri, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Minnesota, or Arkansas.
• 75% travel is a requirement.
