LPN – Adverse Drug Events

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and analyze adverse event cases following predefined clinical protocols.

• Accurately and promptly prepare adverse drug event reports for pharmaceutical manufacturers and the FDA.

• Address requests for additional information and provide clarifications regarding cases.

• Monitor reporting activities and pinpoint documentation inaccuracies.

• Report findings to leadership.

• Ensure adherence to manufacturer training requirements and regulatory guidelines.

• Engage in audits and quality improvement initiatives.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams while producing detailed, high-quality deliverables.

• Operate under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN).

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Practical Nursing.

• Possession of an active, unrestricted LPN license in the candidate’s home state.

• Capability to obtain additional state licensure as necessary.

• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience.

• Familiarity with medical terminology and the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and internet applications.

• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Internet connection of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload through a cable broadband or fiber optic provider when working remotely.

• Preferred: experience in pharmacy, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare operations.

• Preferred: possession of professional certifications or affiliations in clinical specialties.

• Preferred: ability to work autonomously while building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
