Long-Term Promotional Grid Specialist – Direct Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation of the promotional grid for men’s fragrances in Direct Sales, fostering the category's sustained and profitable growth.

• Recognize business prospects and synchronize guidelines with stakeholders to guarantee strategic implementation and enhance promotional contribution margins.

• Design and suggest analytical instruments, cycle risk assessment intelligence, and historical leverage monitoring.

• Supervise the team’s backlog and roadmap to uncover new solutions and maximize the effectiveness of commercial levers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present strategies to senior leadership to refine tactics and ensure synergy across functions.

• Track performance KPIs and create predictive scenarios to aid in business decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Communications, Marketing, or a similar discipline.

• Proven ability to effectively navigate organizational levels, influence key decision-makers, and engage multidisciplinary teams with considerable autonomy.

• Capability to convert extensive volumes of data and insights into strategic, actionable recommendations.

• Advanced skills in Google Sheets.

• Experience in data extraction using SQL.

• Proficiency in managing projects within highly complex, uncertain, and fast-paced Retail/Direct Sales environments.

• Ability to distill complex concepts and communicate clearly, adapting messages to various audiences.

• Advanced knowledge in data integration and extraction using Power BI, Microsoft Excel, BigQuery, and Looker.

• Prior experience in Direct Sales is a plus.

• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools and assistants, including Generative AI, Gems, and automation tools is a plus.
