This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide clerical assistance and support services to Virtual Connect Logistics.

• Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals in alignment with established policies, processes, and controls.

• Identify and troubleshoot routine issues; escalate complex problems as necessary.

• Aid in the execution and sustainability of change management initiatives.

• Address violations of policies or regulations.

• Create, maintain, and input data into databases.

• Resolve or escalate discrepancies in invoices per accounts payable policies and vendor agreements.

• Coordinate and manage equipment warranty, maintenance, and repair work orders.

• Oversee asset management, including conducting the annual audit.

• Procure non-standard software and monitor licensing.

• Handle the return of employee hardware.

• Manage inventory effectively.

• Update departmental procedures for managerial approval and keep SharePoint information current.

• Administer Verint Call Recording and Amazon Connect, which includes call pulling and scrubbing.

• Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of Virtual Connect employees in relation to telephony and technology needs.

• Execute complex and varied tasks within set guidelines and manage escalations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Generally 2–3 years of relevant experience and/or certification in a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the key products and services, processes, and controls of the business unit.

• Capable of managing, tracking, and prioritizing multiple initiatives.

• Solid understanding of the business unit's risk and regulatory requirements.

• Proficient knowledge of office equipment, including computer hardware/peripherals and VDIs.

• Comprehensive understanding of routine procedures and/or processes within the work team.

• Extensive experience with various types of transactional documentation, workflow priorities, and processing deadlines.

• Possess specialized knowledge.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

• Good analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities.
