Logistics Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operational tasks, follow-ups, and pending actions.

• Facilitate communication among customers, Operations, Engineering, Support, Sales, Finance, and field teams.

• Monitor installations, deployments, service activities, and customer inquiries.

• Recognize obstacles, escalate problems, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

• Maintain precise documentation, tracking systems, and operational reports.

• Assist with customer communication and provide technical troubleshooting support.

• Organize technicians, installers, and external service providers as needed.

• Enhance operational processes and contribute to cross-functional projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Around 5 years of demonstrated experience in Operations, Technical Operations, Customer Operations, Project Coordination, or a related field.

• Strong sense of ownership, organization, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Exceptional written and spoken English skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to independently manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to comprehend hardware, software, and system workflows.

• Proficient in reading technical documentation, installation manuals, and system diagrams.

• Advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, ticketing, or project management systems.

• Advantage: Experience with hardware installations, deployments, field service, or technical operations.

• Advantage: Background in troubleshooting hardware or connectivity issues.

• Advantage: Knowledge of Jira, Monday.com, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk.

• Advantage: Experience in maritime, shipping, logistics, industrial technology, or a similarly complex operational environment.

• Advantage: Experience collaborating with enterprise customers or international service providers.
