Logistics Operations – After-Hours Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee and monitor all ongoing shipments to guarantee timely delivery and precise status updates.

• Act as the primary contact for carriers, drivers, and customers during after-hours operations.

• Proactively detect and address any issues or delays in transit, escalating as necessary.

• Update internal systems with real-time shipment information and status modifications accurately.

• Communicate with customers in a professional manner to deliver timely updates and solutions.

• Collaborate with the daytime operations team to ensure seamless transitions and precise information handoffs.

• Keep thorough records of all communications, updates, and issue resolutions.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and customer requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in freight brokerage.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to work independently and make swift decisions in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to learn industry-specific software.

• Availability to work after-hours and adapt to shifting priorities.

• Availability on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6pm to 2am.

• Availability on Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 8pm.
