This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee transportation, receiving, and fulfillment functions among suppliers, freight partners, and the 3PL.
• Track domestic and international shipments to guarantee that products, packaging, and components arrive correctly and on time.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and the 3PL to ensure prompt fulfillment across DTC and B2B channels.
• Examine receipts and inventory movements against purchase orders and invoices, addressing any discrepancies.
• Monitor transportation and fulfillment expenses, landed costs, and carrier performance.
• Maintain service standards with 3PL and logistics partners and assist in performance evaluations.
• Take ownership of the creation, upkeep, and accuracy of item, product, and vendor master data across ERP and warehouse systems.
• Keep track of SKUs, UPCs/GTINs, BOMs, kits, assemblies, dimensions, weights, costs, and packaging attributes.
• Set data standards, naming conventions, and reliable cross-system processes.
• Manage the setup of new items, product modifications, and deactivations through validation and execution.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies, duplicate records, incorrect mappings, and related issues.
• Assist in the ERP transition by cleaning data, mapping, validating, and migrating item and BOM data.
• Create audits, reports, and processes to identify and mitigate data quality concerns.
• Support inventory reconciliation and investigate discrepancies between warehouse and system.
• Monitor 3PL inventory and assist in replenishing packaging and operational materials.
• Review 3PL invoices and operational charges for correctness.
• Investigate issues such as Amazon FBA chargebacks and resolve them through cross-functional collaboration.
• Enhance logistics and data processes, SOPs, workflows, and controls.
• Report directly to the Director of Operations & Supply Chain.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations.
• 1–2 years of practical experience managing master data within an ERP, WMS, or similar system.
• Proven experience managing SKUs, product/item data, and inventory-related information with a high level of accuracy.
• Deep understanding of how precise data influences inventory, fulfillment, costing, and reporting.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation, and handling large datasets.
• Experience working with 3PLs, warehouses, carriers, or freight partners.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Nice-to-have: Experience in a DTC, e-commerce, or consumer products environment.
• Nice-to-have: Background in managing UPCs/GTINs, bills of materials (BOMs), kits, and assembly structures.
• Nice-to-have: Knowledge of data governance, including naming conventions, required fields, change management, and data cleanup.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with ERP and WMS platforms; familiarity with NetSuite, Fulfil.io, or CIN7 is a bonus.
• Nice-to-have: Experience assisting with ERP implementation, evaluation, or data migration.
• Nice-to-have: Experience in international shipping, freight forwarding, or intermodal transportation.
• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with Amazon FBA and chargebacks.
• Nice-to-have: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel domestically to 3PL locations as required.
