This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee domestic and international shipments in collaboration with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and other logistics providers.
• Monitor shipments from dispatch to final delivery, proactively identifying and reporting delays, exceptions, or missed delivery milestones.
• Ensure suppliers, warehouses, drivers, customers, and internal teams receive timely and clear communication regarding shipments.
• Prepare, review, and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, and customs documentation.
• Detect and escalate any discrepancies related to weights, quantities, shipping records, documentation, or delivery particulars.
• Manage final-mile delivery requirements and assist in resolving issues that may hinder successful deliveries to customers.
• Receive, review, process, and report on product quality claims and discrepancies related to shipments.
• Handle inventory transfers and warehouse logistics while ensuring accurate record-keeping of movements.
• Input customer orders and maintain order details in the company’s Order Management and ERP systems.
• Generate regular and ad hoc logistics, order, claims, and shipment reports for the Operations team.
• Support a B2B import/export and supply chain operation catering to customers across international markets, including Latin America.
• 1-3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, supply chain, transportation, or a closely related operational role.
• Experience in a B2B logistics or import/export setting involving international shipments.
• Practical experience in coordinating both domestic and international shipments.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation such as bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, and customs paperwork.
• Proficient in written English with strong professional email communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and experience adhering to structured processes and SOPs.
• Background in coordinating shipments involving Asia, Mexico, or Latin America.
• Experience in processing logistics claims, product quality claims, shipment discrepancies, or documentation exceptions.
• Proven ability to review mismatches related to quantities, weights, invoices, or shipping documentation.
• Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with ERP, Order Management, inventory, or logistics tracking systems.
