Logistics Coordinator – Junior Supply Chain Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with transporters, warehouses, production teams, and internal departments.

• Monitor shipments and follow up on pickups and deliveries.

• Update shipment statuses and maintain tracking spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.

• Follow up with transportation partners regarding pending or delayed shipments.

• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure goods are ready for dispatch.

• Keep shipping records, invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and other essential documents organized.

• Oversee the movement of goods and report any discrepancies.

• Communicate with stakeholders about shipment updates.

• Generate daily and weekly logistics reports.

• Maintain well-organized shipment and logistics documentation.

• Assist with import/export documentation as needed.

• Report delays, damages, and operational issues to the reporting manager.

• Understand and adhere to the company's logistics processes and documentation requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations is necessary.

• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential.

• Comfortable using VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, data analysis, and other Excel functionalities.

• Familiarity with spreadsheets, data management, and tracking reports.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capable of composing professional emails.

• Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills.

• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with various individuals and teams.

• Eagerness to learn about logistics and supply chain processes.

• Willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks until completion.

• Available to start immediately or on short notice.
