Logistics Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Manage the importation of containers by liaising with international suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, FDA, drayage companies, trucking services, and warehouse teams.

• Facilitate order deliveries between the NILO warehouse, trucking companies, and customer distribution centers.

• Conduct audits and resolve inventory discrepancies at the warehouse level.

• Organize and coordinate routes and store visits for field representatives.

• Execute additional operational or administrative tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Experience in operational and administrative roles.

• Strong mathematical and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

• Proficient in the English language.
