Фахівець з національних перевезень – Logistic Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Organize and manage the transportation processes of finished goods from distribution warehouses to clients (distributors, retailers) and from/to production locations in Trostyanets and Vyshgorod.

• Develop delivery routes for customer orders, allocate and place orders with transportation service providers.

• Monitor on-time collection and on-time delivery.

• Work with databases and systems such as TDB, SAP, EDIN, and EDIN Client Apps.

• Coordinate issues with internal departments and transportation companies during transportation — from loading to delivery and document receipt.

• Address urgent matters to ensure goods are received by the consignee.

• Oversee that suppliers meet the requirements for accompanying documentation and document completeness.

• Handle transportation reporting and analytics, preparing and tracking KPIs.

• Monitor and seek ways to optimize transportation costs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Higher education.

• At least 1 year of experience in the relevant business sector.

• Proficient user of MS Office software (especially Excel, Access, Word).

• Proactive approach to departmental tasks, ability to respond swiftly and flexibly to requests from clients, colleagues, and suppliers.

• Capability to process large amounts of information quickly and respond to issues effectively, with a talent for prioritizing tasks.

• Ability to generate and analyze data (reports).

• Quick learner with an openness to new experiences.

• Responsibility, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.

• Customer-oriented mindset.

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with representatives from other departments.

• Intermediate level of English (preferred).
