This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Expand the Locum Tenens service line by collaborating with locum agencies to supply qualified physicians and CRNAs for available NAPA opportunities.
• Ensure an exceptional experience for Hospital Chiefs and incoming Physicians by adhering to vendor management processes and internal protocols.
• Source physicians and CRNAs for contract vacancies through partnerships with locum agencies.
• Collaborate with vendors to gain insights into market trends and strategies.
• Coordinate with Regional Leadership regarding locum openings and provide timely updates on processes.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Managers to address regional needs and compile metrics reports.
• Oversee the Locum/Leased process from initial presentation to final placement.
• Work with internal cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with documentation and processes.
• Educate site and regional leadership on the Locum recruiting process.
• Utilize the VMS to present and identify clear locum candidates.
• Optimize VMS invoicing and confirmation letters to ensure prompt candidate start dates.
• Follow up with site and regional leaders regarding pending locum presentations and MSO considerations.
• Provide biweekly/monthly regional updates on outstanding openings and locums in progress.
• Foster and maintain relationships both internally and externally.
• Commit to continuous improvement, career growth, recruiting objectives, and client-focused customer service.
• Report directly to the Senior Manager of Bridgecare.
• BS/BA preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience is mandatory.
• Preferred experience in managing or collaborating with a VMS (vendor management system).
• Healthcare recruitment experience is preferred.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting is required.
• Familiarity with tracking and managing candidates using a robust VMS and ATS is essential.
• Proficient in MS Products, Workday, and/or Vendor Management System Platforms.
• Capability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to manage highly complex internal and external relationships effectively.
• Skilled in handling multiple competing priorities.
• Highly organized with a strong focus on detail.
• Capable of meeting timely follow-ups and deadlines.
