This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Assist Project Managers with scheduling, documentation, and daily coordination activities.
• Maintain and update project databases, ensuring accurate records across various systems.
• Prepare and distribute guidelines and reference materials for linguists.
• Address and escalate inquiries from internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor progress and proactively identify risks or delays.
• Collaborate with teams and time zones, connecting linguists, engineers, and vendors.
• Utilize TMS and project management tools to initiate and track translation requests.
• Independently manage basic localization projects, based on experience.
• Over 1 year of experience coordinating projects in a dynamic, global setting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional or military experience.
• Strong and confident communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to excel under pressure.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and time zones.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and MS Office.
• Experience in the localization or translation sector (preferred).
• Background in using TMS tools and Excel.
• Fluency in multiple languages (preferred).
