This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Write articles covering upcoming concerts, festivals, and various music-related events in the Austin region.

• Research and report on local venues, emerging talent, national acts, and concert happenings in Austin.

• Regularly publish previews of upcoming shows on the mxdwn website for the audience.

• Monitor and document concert and tour announcements.

• Deliver timely stories tailored for the Austin audience.

• Act as the primary resource for significant music events in Austin.

• Reside in the Austin, Texas metropolitan area.
