News Reporter – Russian Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews with speakers, clients, industry professionals, and other relevant guests at SiGMA events.

• Research and pinpoint engaging individuals, stories, and topics that are valuable to cover before and during events.

• Develop interview questions and adapt them fluidly during discussions.

• Produce short-form video content, including interviews, reels, and social media materials.

• Attend industry events and provide reports on significant developments, individuals, and trends.

• Cultivate relationships with industry professionals and identify potential opportunities for future stories and interviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as an on-camera Reporter, Journalist, Video Journalist, or in a similar capacity.

• Extensive experience working in front of a camera, conducting interviews, and presenting content.

• Confident and natural presence on camera with the ability to engage various types of individuals.

• Excellent interviewing, communication, and storytelling abilities.

• Capability to quickly research topics, ask pertinent questions, and maintain engaging conversations.

• Experience in creating video content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Proficient communication skills in Russian.

• Willingness and capability to travel within the EU.

• Links to on-camera work, interviews, video reels, or other pertinent content.
