Local Community Recruiter – French Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Identify and connect with potential participants in the designated target area.

• Utilize local networks, community organizations, associations, referrals, and suitable physical or digital outreach methods.

• Concentrate recruitment efforts on the project’s prioritized regional, age, and gender demographics.

• Engage with parents or legal guardians when recruiting minors.

• Clearly articulate the study details, eligibility criteria, registration procedures, and compensation.

• Assist interested individuals through the registration and task completion processes.

• Follow up with qualified candidates and address any basic inquiries or obstacles to participation.

• Keep accurate records of outreach initiatives, referrals, and candidate progress.

• Provide regular updates regarding results, challenges, and local market insights.

• Collaborate closely with the DataForce Sourcing team.

• Adhere to all project guidelines, privacy regulations, and ethical recruitment protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently residing in or having strong ties to North/Northeast or Southeast/Southwest France.

• Native-level fluency in French (France).

• Adequate English proficiency to comprehend project documentation and communicate with the internal team.

• Established local networks and a solid understanding of the assigned region.

• Capability to work independently.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organized, proactive, and comfortable following up with candidates.

• Ability to quickly adapt as recruitment priorities and demographic targets evolve.

• Proficient in using online forms, spreadsheets, and basic digital communication tools.

• Access to a computer, reliable internet connection, and a telephone.

• Previous experience in recruitment, community outreach, field marketing, event promotion, or participant sourcing is preferred.

• Existing connections with community organizations, schools, parent networks, senior groups, cultural associations, or other relevant local networks is preferred.

• Experience in recruiting for research studies, market research, or data collection projects is preferred.

• Familiarity with regional French accents and local communities is preferred.
