Loan Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and finalize potential bridge loan borrowers.

• Foster and sustain robust business relationships with borrowers.

• Gather necessary documentation and financial data from potential borrowers.

• Document business development and sales activities.

• Meet with both new and existing clients.

• Assist in the creation and implementation of business plans through comprehensive market and competitor analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 2 years of experience in originating bridge loans.

• A minimum monthly self-sourced pipeline of $3 million.

• An established book of business.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic computer skills.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• A high level of motivation and a proactive attitude.

• A team-oriented, collaborative mindset.

• Strong critical thinking skills regarding risk and the quality of originated assets.

• Capability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

• Ability to work independently and achieve measurable outcomes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Navigator, and Teams.

• Must have authorization to work in the US.
