This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee the development and ongoing management of JED’s Digital Learning ecosystem.
• Set up courses, manage user access, implement single sign-on, and maintain resource libraries, surveys, evaluations, and both sandbox and production environments.
• Perform quality assurance testing, which includes comprehensive registration-to-certification testing and SCORM integration assessments.
• Extract training data and generate reports, audit course completions, assist in data analysis, and pinpoint enhancements for digital delivery and user experience.
• Handle account creation, training enrollment, subscription access, and management of training credits.
• Assist in the exploration, design, and integration of AI-driven end-user support and impact-reporting workflows.
• Provide support to learners, JED staff, and partners, addressing access, authentication, and technical issues in accordance with established SLAs.
• Document recurring support challenges in the product backlog and suggest solutions.
• Facilitate technical discovery and planning for integrations with LMS, The Hub, and the JED website.
• Oversee instructor-led training sessions, self-paced courses, videos, knowledge assessments, surveys, and resources within the LMS.
• Educate and support both internal and external users while maintaining training documentation.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures for system administrators.
• Lead planning, enhancement, and release ceremonies; ensure decisions and action items are tracked to completion.
• Report directly to the Sr. Product Manager.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in LMS and Digital Product administration, including end-user training and daily support.
• Familiarity with virtual instructor-led training platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
• Understanding of instructional design principles.
• Experience with LMS platforms like LearnUpon.
• Knowledge of authoring tools such as RISE/Articulate.
• Experience with survey platforms like Qualtrics.
• Familiarity with content management systems such as Contentful.
• Knowledge of BI and reporting tools like Google Analytics/Looker.
• Strong decision-making and multitasking abilities.
• Capability to work well in a team setting and manage service-related issues with integrity, skill, and professionalism.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current learning and development methodologies.
• Proven success working with diverse populations.
