This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the prosecution of claimed violations under the ADMC Program for HIWU.
• Examine investigative files, laboratory reports, witness statements, and supporting evidence.
• Compose charge letters, legal memoranda, briefs, motions, and other submissions for the ADMC Program.
• Prepare and present evidence, conduct witness examinations, and deliver legal arguments before arbitral bodies, administrative tribunals, and other adjudicatory forums.
• Assist with appeals and related proceedings in front of Administrative Law Judges, the Federal Trade Commission, and other relevant entities.
• Collaborate with investigators and subject matter experts to assess evidence and formulate case strategies.
• Offer legal guidance and support related to investigations, enforcement actions, and compliance issues.
• Work alongside the General Counsel and Legal team on litigation strategies, risk assessments, and legal initiatives.
• Handle multiple cases while adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate with external counsel, experts, and consultants.
• Keep abreast of legal, regulatory, scientific, and industry developments pertinent to the ADMC Program.
• Contribute to special projects and perform other assigned tasks.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership and good standing in at least one state bar association.
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.
• Proven experience managing cases through investigation, discovery, motion practice, hearings, trials, arbitration, administrative proceedings, or similar forums.
• Demonstrated capability to handle a significant caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong skills in legal research, analysis, writing, and advocacy.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to assess complex factual and legal issues and devise practical solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating in a team setting.
• Sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion in managing confidential matters.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal technology platforms.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines in a high-volume legal environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Commitment to the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
• Must successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including a background check, drug test, reference checks, degree verification, and confidentiality and conflict-of-interest agreements.
