Limited Licensed Counselor – Fee For Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Deliver empathetic, evidence-informed telehealth counseling sessions.

• Work with a diverse client base, including couples and children.

• Assist clients in reaching measurable outcomes.

• Perform intakes and provide diagnoses in accordance with the current DSM-5 under the supervision of a licensed professional.

• Establish a full caseload within 90 days following credentialing.

• Be available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

• Engage in clinical supervision and monthly case discussions.

• Contribute positively to a collaborative clinical environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be approved by the board as a Limited Licensed Counselor (LLC).

• Candidate must be pursuing independent licensure and reside in Michigan.

• Must have graduated from an accredited 60-credit-hour program.

• Should possess graduate or post-graduate experience in a counseling environment focusing on depression and anxiety treatment.

• Preferred experience in independently performing intakes and diagnosing per the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.

• Must consistently be available for at least 25 sessions, with a total of 30 hours of availability each week.

• Behavioral health generalist willing to treat couples and children.

• Proficiency in using telehealth and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States at the time of hire.

• This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
