Lift Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Supervise lift installation projects from the initial planning phase to successful completion.

• Ensure that projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company and industry standards.

• Manage project timelines, pre-start activities, deliveries, testing requirements, and site preparedness from start to finish.

• Perform site inspections and project evaluations.

• Guarantee installation quality, monitor subcontractor performance, and fulfill customer expectations.

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project duration.

• Manage project costs and handle variations effectively.

• Address issues, resolve defects, and ensure successful project handover and warranty completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• NVQ3 in Installing Lifts.

• Qualification in Project Management.

• Familiarity with relevant Lift and Building Standards.

• Experience in lift installations.

• Strong technical expertise in lift installations, construction processes, and building regulations.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Applicants must possess the appropriate right to work.
