Lift Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for new lift installation projects from initiation to completion.

• Supervise a range of new installation projects in commercial, residential, healthcare, and public sector settings.

• Ensure that projects are executed safely, punctually, within budget, and conform to company and industry standards.

• Manage project timelines, preparatory activities, deliveries, testing requirements, and site readiness from start to finish.

• Perform site inspections and project evaluations.

• Guarantee installation quality, subcontractor performance, and fulfillment of customer expectations.

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams.

• Maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor project expenses and manage variations effectively.

• Address issues, close out defects, and ensure successful project handover and warranty fulfillment.

• Collaborate with customers, contractors, and installation teams through home-based work, site visits, and customer meetings.


⛳️ Requirements

• NVQ3 in Installing Lifts.

• Qualification in Project Management.

• Understanding and/or familiarity with relevant Lift and Building Standards.

• Applicants must hold appropriate rights to work.

• Sponsorship is not offered.

• Availability to work Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 17:15, and Friday from 8:30 to 13:30.

• Willingness to oversee projects throughout Southern England.
