This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership of the lifecycle marketing strategy encompassing activation, engagement, retention, reactivation, and growth.
• Create and implement email, in-product, and other lifecycle campaigns that guide customers through significant moments in their journey.
• Analyze customer segments, lifecycle stages, behavioral triggers, and messaging opportunities.
• Develop onboarding and activation processes that help customers quickly recognize the value of the product.
• Design retention and re-engagement initiatives that encourage customers to return with relevant and valuable communication.
• Craft clear and engaging lifecycle copy that embodies Rylo’s voice and motivates customers to take action.
• Collaborate with product, growth, data, and customer-facing teams to gain insights into user behavior and identify opportunities.
• Set campaign objectives, monitor performance, and report on outcomes across essential lifecycle metrics.
• Conduct structured experiments to enhance conversion rates, engagement, retention, and repeat usage.
• Transform customer insights, product usage data, and campaign results into improved segmentation and messaging strategies.
• Maintain a high-quality lifecycle calendar, ensuring that campaigns are well-coordinated, timely, and operationally effective.
• Establish repeatable processes that enhance the scalability of lifecycle marketing over time.
• Leverage AI to speed up content creation, analyze customer behavior, derive insights, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Over 5 years of experience managing lifecycle, retention, CRM, email, or growth marketing initiatives.
• Experience with a mobile consumer application, preferably within a rapidly growing B2C technology organization.
• Strong comprehension of customer journeys, segmentation, behavioral triggers, and messaging based on lifecycle stages.
• Demonstrated success in creating campaigns that enhance activation, engagement, retention, or reactivation.
• Excellent copywriting abilities, capable of articulating complex concepts in a clear, concise, and motivating manner.
• Proficiency in working with data to identify opportunities, evaluate campaign performance, and make informed decisions.
• Experience conducting experiments and utilizing results to refine future campaigns.
• Strong operational judgment, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, details, and timelines while maintaining quality.
• Practical experience with AI tools to enhance the speed, quality, and effectiveness of marketing execution.
• Capability to collaborate across teams including product, growth, data, and customer-facing units.
• A customer-centric approach with a high standard for relevance, clarity, and usefulness in all communications.
• Strong sense of ownership, effective follow-through, and the skill to transform ambiguous opportunities into tangible outcomes.
• Availability to work hours that correspond with the Eastern Time Zone.
