
Lifecycle Marketing Contractor, Iterable

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Convert business objectives, lifecycle strategies, and brand standards into effective email and SMS journeys.
• Create copy, develop, test, launch, and enhance email and SMS flows with company approval.
• Design new drip campaigns and improve or refine existing flows focused on activation, conversion, and retention.
• Formulate re-engagement and win-back initiatives based on analysis of funnel drop-offs.
• Provide lifecycle assistance for new program and campaign launches.
• Review and refresh flow messaging, logic, and timing.
• Construct and manage journeys, campaigns, templates, segments, and lists within Iterable.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to verify tracking and specify new events or data points.
• Manually code and troubleshoot responsive HTML/CSS email templates.
• Oversee segmentation logic, list hygiene, suppression rules, and deliverability.
• Analyze performance against funnel-stage conversion and suggest elements to scale or discontinue.
• Conduct testing on subject lines, send timing, frequency, sender identity, and offer presentation.
• Document lifecycle assets and workflows.
• Over 4 years of experience managing lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing programs, preferably for consumer or D2C brands.
• Extensive, current, hands-on experience with Iterable, including journeys, campaigns, segmentation, templates, data feeds, snippets/Handlebars, HTML, email QA, and testing.
• Fluency in Iterable is essential.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, Braze, or Customer.io is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficient in writing and troubleshooting HTML and CSS for email, including addressing Outlook rendering issues.
• Excellent copywriting and editing abilities.
• Capability to define relevant flow metrics, validate tracking data, analyze outcomes, and provide recommendations.
• Comfortable managing sensitive medical and family-building topics with care and accuracy.
• Self-motivated individual capable of transforming business objectives into actionable strategies.
