Lifecycle Marketer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Construct, prepare, schedule, and implement email and SMS communications using Iterable.

• Examine copy, dates, links, formatting, personalization, and campaign details prior to deployment.

• Oversee workflows, triggers, segmentation, and branching logic within Iterable.

• Manage audience segmentation and targeting effectively.

• Monitor campaign deliverability, open rates, clicks, and unsubscribes, and identify potential issues.

• Execute marketing briefs and communication requests received through the Slack ticketing system.

• Troubleshoot template, merge tag, personalization, and workflow issues before campaigns are launched.

• Keep thorough campaign documentation and provide appropriate Slack handovers for pending requests.

• Collaborate closely with the current Lifecycle Marketer in a role focused on execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior hands-on experience with Iterable.

• Background in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, CRM operations, or marketing automation.

• Practical experience in preparing, scheduling, and deploying email and customer communications.

• Excellent proofreading and quality assurance capabilities.

• Experience in managing campaign workflows, audience segmentation, and automation.

• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to spot errors before communications are published.

• Comfortable utilizing Slack or similar ticket-based request systems.

• Capable of working independently and managing requests within agreed-upon timelines.

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS email troubleshooting is a plus.

• Experience with Klaviyo may be considered as a substitute for Iterable (a plus).

• Availability Monday through Friday from approximately 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PHT / 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM Pacific Time, with some flexibility for limited weekend coverage as needed.

• Access to a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated workspace suitable for remote work.

• Currently residing in the Philippines and legally authorized to work there.
