This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, implement, and enhance multi-channel lifecycle marketing initiatives, including email and SMS communications.
• Cultivate prospective student interest, encourage engagement, and enhance conversion rates.
• Assess and analyze metrics related to campaign effectiveness.
• Track lifecycle KPIs associated with applications, enrollments, and program starts.
• Drive data-informed improvements to enhance lifecycle communications.
• Ensure lifecycle communications are consistent and aligned with brand standards across various platforms.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain adherence to brand guidelines.
• Formulate testing strategies for personalized communications, tailored offers, and messaging.
• Improve student retention and participation in programs.
• Foster and uphold student satisfaction levels.
• Identify and anticipate the needs of students.
• Proficient in CRM and marketing automation systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics and Click Dimensions.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively with departmental staff.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Skill in developing innovative and effective solutions to complex, time-sensitive challenges.
• Minimum internet bandwidth of 50Mbps download and 5Mbps upload from the remote work location.
• Must align with and support the College’s Impact mission.
