This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, implement, and enhance multi-channel lifecycle marketing strategies, including email and SMS.
• Engage prospective students, encourage action, and enhance conversion rates.
• Manage communications throughout the student journey, from initial inquiries to alumni engagement.
• Assess and report on key metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Track lifecycle KPIs related to applications, enrollments, and program starts.
• Drive optimizations in lifecycle communications based on data insights.
• Ensure uniform messaging across all platforms while maintaining brand standards.
• Create testing strategies for personalized messaging, targeted offers, and communications.
• Provide academic and administrative leadership with data-driven insights and projections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and lead key initiatives.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing and/or communications, ideally in higher education.
• A demonstrated history of developing, executing, and analyzing strategic campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of B2B and/or D2C lifecycle communications and customer behavior.
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Expertise in Click Dimensions is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for interpreting educational data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to work remotely with a minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
• Candidates must not reside in Alaska, Washington D.C., Massachusetts, South Dakota, or Alabama.
