This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Develop and implement the growth and go-to-market strategy for the U.S. Life Sciences and Payers sector
• Identify, prioritize, and engage with high-value accounts and market segments
• Take ownership of and surpass annual revenue targets across net-new ACV, expansion revenue, and renewals
• Promote customer adoption, platform usage, market expansion, and long-term customer value
• Lead multi-product enterprise sales initiatives across intricate buying centers and stakeholder groups
• Cultivate relationships at the C-suite level and demonstrate measurable business impact
• Act as a trusted advisor on the U.S. Life Sciences and Payers landscape, industry trends, regulations, and market opportunities
• Establish strategic partnerships with healthcare consulting firms, systems integrators, technology providers, and industry influencers
• Create collaborative go-to-market initiatives to broaden reach, generate pipeline, and enhance win rates
• Recruit, develop, and retain sales leaders and Enterprise Account Executives
• Encourage accountability, coaching, inclusion, continuous improvement, engagement, and career progression
• Set up operating rhythms emphasizing data-driven decisions, forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and performance management
• Collaborate with Sales Operations on territory planning, resource allocation, sales productivity, and business outcomes
• Work alongside Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, Solution Engineering, and Executive Leadership
• Advocate for market needs, influence product strategy, and guarantee customer adoption, retention, and growth
• Promote customer-centric growth, executive sponsorship, measurable outcomes, strategic expansion, and advocacy
• Exemplify Qualtrics leadership principles and encourage collaboration, transparency, innovation, and high performance
• Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS sales, particularly with leadership roles in enterprise sales teams, ideally selling directly into the U.S. Life Sciences and/or Payers markets
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in second-line executive sales leadership managing multi-layered teams is preferred
• Proven history of consistently achieving or exceeding complex vertical revenue targets in rapidly growing organizations ($1B to $5B+)
• Proficiency in direct selling techniques and fostering relationships with strategic partner networks
• Demonstrated operational success in leading multi-product, enterprise software initiatives with lengthy, intricate decision-making processes
• Bachelor's degree is required
• An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of the U.S. Life Sciences and Payer ecosystem, including health plans, PBMs, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology organizations
• Familiarity with the regulatory landscape, reimbursement models, market access strategies, and key executive stakeholders
• Experience navigating complex, enterprise-wide SaaS sales cycles that require multi-buyer consensus
• Ability to establish, negotiate, and leverage relationships within the partner ecosystem
• Exceptional operational discipline utilizing sales analytics, KPIs, and structured inspection processes
• Experience directly engaging in complex sales cycles and coaching teams through high-stakes negotiations
