This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic business partner for AAA-appointed Independent Agents
• Offer consultative assistance to foster growth in Life, Health, and Annuity sales
• Discover new business prospects and cultivate sales pipelines
• Align ACG solutions with the needs of agencies and clients
• Establish trust and foster strong relationships with Agency Principals
• Maximize sales opportunities within agency books of business, including IA Principal Planning, Key Man, Succession, and Estate Planning
• Seek new accounts through calls, mailings, referrals, networking, website inquiries, and seminars
• Produce leads and referrals through prospecting within the agency book of business
• Conduct regular visits to Independent Agencies and collaborate on marketing initiatives
• Provide quotes for Life and Annuity business on behalf of Independent Agencies
• Manage cases and assist in achieving IA Life Sales Goals
• Monitor Salesforce data and supply requested information
• Oversee Independent Agency referrals and manage the end-to-end workflow in Salesforce
• Keep records of service and sales activities in Salesforce
• Adhere to ACG and AAA Life Company compliance standards
• Deliver minor training sessions and significant life updates to Independent Agents
• Assist in ensuring IA Life Insurance business is conducted in compliance with standards
• Travel to various locations for meetings or community events
• Update management on sales progress and the status of agency-generated leads
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Required Life and Health licenses for product sales
• Valid driver's license
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in successfully soliciting and selling life insurance products to Independent Agency Clients
• Proven experience in selling intangible products
• In-depth knowledge of Life Insurance and Annuity products and services
• Capability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Ability to clearly communicate complex information to prospective clients
• Competence in preparing proposals and conducting closing interviews
• Ability to assess customer insurance needs in accordance with company standards when writing policies
• Skill in performing mathematical calculations to determine premiums and values of Life insurance and financial products
• Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with Independent Agents
• Experience in prospecting and developing new sales opportunities while meeting production goals
• Strong communication skills with Agency Principals and their staff
• Capability to articulate the financial, tax, estate, and legal implications of products
• Excellent organization, planning, time management, and administrative skills
• Proficient writing skills for routine communications
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good PC skills, including a working knowledge of the MS Office Suite
• Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends
• Preferred: completion of college-level coursework
• Preferred: certifications such as LUTCF, CHFC, CFP, COU, or FSCP
• Preferred: professional designations from the American College of Financial Services
• Strong understanding of ACG's comprehensive product portfolio
• Familiarity with ACG systems for policy sales and quoting
