Life Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the sale of AAA Life Insurance products within a dynamic, high-volume call center setting.

• Articulate product features and advantages to prospective clients to encourage the sale of insurance solutions.

• Identify and advocate for cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

• Complete necessary applications and documentation as required.

• Adhere to internal processing protocols and company regulations.

• Deliver advanced technical and product-related information in response to customer queries.

• Meet set sales targets and performance benchmarks.

• Undergo training on AAA Life products and services.

• Carry out other assigned or necessary tasks.

• Conduct follow-ups as needed to ensure the successful placement of written business.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory; some college coursework is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience is essential.

• At least one year of experience in the insurance and/or financial services sector is preferred.

• Must hold a current license to sell life insurance.

• Demonstrated ability to provide a high standard of customer-focused service.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office and online-related products.

• Capability to enter data on various screens using a PC keyboard.

• Experience in managing and navigating multiple information sources and applying them as necessary.

• Willingness to work extended or irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including the capacity to explain complex issues to diverse audiences.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
