Líder Técnico, Java, SDD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead technical teams in digital transformation projects

• Design and develop Java solutions using Java 21 or higher

• Work with Spring Boot, Spring Data, hexagonal architectures, and microservices

• Design APIs with an API First approach using OpenAPI / Swagger

• Apply design patterns, SOLID principles, Clean Code, DDD, and TDD

• Implement event-driven architectures and messaging systems with Apache Kafka and ActiveMQ

• Manage queues, partitioning, consumption, and retries

• Work with relational and NoSQL databases, optimizing queries and data modeling

• Utilize OpenShift / Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and Spinnaker

• Apply monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and Dynatrace

• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests

• Integrate AI throughout the product lifecycle

• Apply the SDD (Spec Driven Development) methodology

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience leading teams

• Proficiency in Java 21 or higher

• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring Data

• Familiarity with hexagonal architecture and microservices architecture

• Experience designing APIs with an API First approach, using OpenAPI / Swagger

• Knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, Clean Code, Domain Driven Design (DDD), and TDD

• Experience with Apache Kafka and messaging systems like ActiveMQ

• Understanding of event-driven architectures and management of queues, partitioning, consumption, and retries

• Experience with relational databases, such as MariaDB, and NoSQL databases, like MongoDB

• Knowledge of query optimization, indexing, scalar functions, tuning, and data modeling

• Experience with OpenShift / Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and Spinnaker

• Familiarity with Grafana and Dynatrace

• Experience in unit and integration testing

• Technical focus on AI during development

• Use of AI throughout the product lifecycle

• Application of the SDD (Spec Driven Development) methodology
