Licensing Client Services Associate II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients seeking licensing and translation services for COA.

• Comprehend client needs and create precise proposals, timelines, and budget estimates.

• Deliver exceptional customer service through consistent communication and support.

• Oversee requests from proposal initiation to final delivery, including contract management, invoicing, and documentation coordination.

• Collaborate with internal teams to provide licensing and translation services effectively.

• Track project progress and ensure that deliverables are achieved on schedule and meet quality benchmarks.

• Engage in client meetings and participate in internal project discussions.

• Assist in negotiations and discussions with clients when necessary.

• Maintain comprehensive records and contribute to knowledge management initiatives.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancement and assist with special projects as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in client services, project management, or a related client-facing position.

• Preferably experienced in COA/eCOA licensing, translation, or linguistic validation projects.

• Strong organizational skills and project management capabilities.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently.

• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.

• Proficient in stakeholder management and relationship-building.

• Analytical mindset with robust problem-solving skills.

• High attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.

• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a global team.

• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
