Licensed Therapist – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver individual, family, and group behavioral health and substance use treatment through telehealth utilizing evidence-based methods.

• Accurately and promptly complete assessments, treatment plans, clinical documentation, and other necessary records.

• Accept assigned referrals, initiate contact within 48 hours, and arrange the initial session within 10 days of assignment.

• Maintain a minimum productivity benchmark of 24 billable units each week.

• Assist with referrals, appointment scheduling, medication-related needs, telehealth support, releases of information, and additional care coordination tasks.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in IMPOWER’s electronic health record and other relevant systems.

• Engage in clinical supervision, consultations, staff meetings, and other essential team activities.

• Uphold professional and ethical boundaries while fostering collaborative relationships with clients, colleagues, providers, and community partners.

• Fulfill required training, credentialing, incident reporting, and mandated reporting duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or another related human services discipline from an accredited institution.

• Current Florida license as an LMHC, LCSW, Psychologist, or School Psychologist.

• At least one year of experience in providing behavioral health or clinical services to children and families.

• Capability to work remotely while maintaining a flexible schedule, which may include evenings and Saturdays.

• A designated workspace with dependable internet access that supports productivity, professionalism, confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and IMPOWER policies.

• Successful completion of all necessary pre-employment criteria, which may encompass Level II background screening, local law enforcement checks, drug screening, verification of education and credentials, and E-Verify.
